Lost epilogue leaked on the net... but does it finally answer fans' questions?

The end of Lost left many fans scratching their heads in frustration.
But dedicated fans have a second chance to work out what it was all about, with the leaking of an epilogue for the hit TV show onto the internet.
The 12-minute short film promises to answer some of the lingering questions left unanswered, following the series finale back in May.
Leaked: Mr Linus was seen returning to the Dharma Logistics Warehouse in a 12-minute Lost epilogue which surfaced online
The epilogue, due to be released Stateside August 24, as part of the Season 6 DVD box set, got an early viewing by those quick on the draw - but it has since been pulled by Walt Disney who own the show.
Lost fans who have been having withdrawals from the series can look forward to bonus scenes and getting an insight into some of the storylines that have been puzzling them over the past six years.
The leaked video which was uploaded by a few fan sites, has been replaced by a two-minute taster which shows Mr Linus arriving at a Dharma Logistics Warehouse in Guam.
Insight: Disney soon pulled the video from the web, instead releasing a short trailer that has kept fans guessing ahead of the DVD release
There he tells two beleaguered employees, who have been loading pallets of food onto drones for the past 20 years, that their services are no longer needed.
This may explain where those food drops were coming from.
It's hoped the epilogue titled The New Man In Charge will give die-hard fans closure on some of the often confusing storylines which kept viewers on both sides of the pond hooked.
The critically acclaimed show is up for 13 Emmys this month.

Lost was one of the most expensive programmes made in American TV history - filmed on location in Oahu, Hawaii.
It made household names of Evangeline Lilly, Matthew Fox and Dominic Monaghan.
The two-and-a-half hour finale posed more questions than it answered and left some fans feeling cheated by the ending and not able to get closure on the characters and storylines.

The epilogue may not explain everything, but it does cover the following much-debated topics: the island's pregnancy issues, the presence of polar bears, Walt's specialness, the relevance of Room 23 and the Hurley bird.
From some of the comments posted by Lost fans who got a sneak-peak - it seems that the Lost creators have done it again - and have them even more confused than ever before.
